We assess 10 critical areas of non-profit organizations and programs, providing both qualitative and quantitative results in a final report.  Each area receives a 10-point score, accompanied by key findings and improvement recommendations.  Our thorough process includes stakeholder meetings, interviews, surveys, and data collection, resulting in a multi-year plan to leverage strengths and address weaknesses.  This strategic approach is vital for accelerating organizational growth.
